- In most cases, RBRO Solutions contracts will not require any change. If any changes are required, we will provide additional direction.

- Howard Russell remains as CEO and the management team is unchanged.

- Since RBRO Solutions will continue to be a distinct entity, client information will remain private and separate from other Jonas Software companies. Your company’s data and confidential information will only be shared when executing services and shared only in the context of the service delivery and operations of our business. You can be confident that nothing has changed with respect to the security of your data.
- “How will the change in ownership impact me?”
- This change enables RBRO Solutions to leverage Jonas Software’s best practices and experience as we seek to continue to grow and enhance our ability to deliver excellent service.

- Our quotes and agreements will continue to be honored as per the terms. For unsigned agreements, terms may need to be updated as per Jonas Software’s best practices and on a case-by-case basis.

- No staffing reductions which might impact service delivery are currently planned.
- “Who do I call if I have a problem or concern?”
- As per usual, RBRO Solutions’ support team is ready to assist as needed. The RBRO Solutions sales and consulting teams will continue to work diligently to meet the needs of our customers and prospective customers.
- “Does the legal name of the company change?”
- The name of the company will not change.
- “To whom should invoices be sent now?”
- You can continue to send invoices to finance@nullrbrosolutions.com, and based on the payment terms already set out. When changes are made to this process, you will be provided with new instructions.
- “Are contracts and purchase orders currently in place still valid? If so, for how long?”
- All contracts remain valid as per the terms.
