I have worked with RBRO since I joined WeirFoulds two years ago. As a document management platform in a law firm, iManage is a core solution which, understandably, we cannot afford to have interruptions or problems.
With RBRO’s help, we have in the last two years made the major upgrade from version 9 to 10, which involved moving from a client-server application that the users have been familiar with for the last ten years to a web platform with a completely new interface. RBRO helped us with the upgrade strategy, performed our server upgrade (flawless), and assisted us in the client upgrade. We have also used RBRO for additional support and training – as some of the iManage issues were related to more complex functions, and we needed access to experts for critical questions.
